What is Girls Gone Sci-Fi?
A fun, high-energy “unstuffy” group author event that celebrates female writers in the young adult sci-fi genre and promotes the kind of character-driven, emotional speculative fiction that teens (and adults) love to read!
The books featured on the Girls Gone Sci-Fi panels span several subgenres of science fiction with strong female heroines, “thinking” plotlines, and of course…KISSING!
The goal of Girls Gone Sci-Fi is to bring together sci-fi authors from different publishing houses to highlight the supportive and collaborative nature of the young adult author community.
